Think Up

This is a week-long program to expose different elements of developing and crystallizing ideas and entrepreneurial spirit for boys and girls who have completed at least one of the Advantage camps. The campers then develop viable solutions and possible business plans, and prepare for their fine-tuned pitches and presentations.

Programming: C#

This course is designed for campers who want to learn the C# programming language. It is recommended that campers have had some prior knowledge of programming concepts; however, it is not mandatory. Campers will learn the basic programming constructs with mini projects during the first week, and work on independent projects during the second week. Programming concepts such as abstraction, functional, object-oriented programming and component-oriented programming will also be introduced to the campers.

App Development: Game Salad

This course is designed for boys and girls with no programming or app development experience. The camp will use GameSalad to give the first experience of creating games for mobile platforms. Campers will learn basic computer science concepts while creating apps that might get published in mobile application stores.
